The Mobility Department of the Municipality of Villavicencio has developed a mobile application aiming to enhance communication within the community and address all issues related to the city's mobility. It enables users to stay informed about incidents, reduce decision-making time, and implement actions for their resolution.

It is an easily accessible and intuitive application where users can find sections such as:

• Citizen Report
• News

Fine Consultation and Enforcement Collection: By entering your identification number, you can check for information on fines issued to your identification number. The system displays the imposition date, amount due, status, associated plate number, among other relevant details.

Pico y Placa Functionality: By entering a vehicle's plate number, users can see the day it is restricted from circulating. Additionally, by saving the plate number, the app will notify users at 6:00 am on restricted days through a pop-up message, encouraging the use of alternative means of transportation.

Public Transport: This feature provides citizens traveling on public collective or individual transport in Villavicencio with more information about the vehicle and driver to enhance reliability. It also offers a platform for citizens to submit PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, or Suggestions). The Mobility Department will handle these requests and take appropriate actions.

If issues arise, citizens can report them through the app for the respective entity to address them promptly. This aims to prompt companies to take necessary actions for service improvement in both collective and individual public transportation.

Bike Lane System: The app allows users to access information regarding bike paths in Villavicencio, including bike workshops and stores along the current 22 kilometers. Users can easily locate themselves using Google Maps.

Reporting System Functionality: This is one of the application's key features, creating a communication channel between the Mobility Department and citizens for reporting mobility-related incidents such as potholes, damaged signage, malfunctioning traffic lights, accidents, and traffic agents. Each reported incident initiates a specific process for a swift resolution.
